Requirements

• Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and a valid nursing license
• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or hospital setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our residents
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and willingness to obtain other specialized certifications as required
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
