Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable institution in the Philippines
• Current registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a care home or hospital setting, preferably in the UK or with a UK-based healthcare organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care
• Knowledge of UK care standards and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a Philippine context
• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in electronic patient record systems and other relevant software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
