Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient care goals
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to prioritize patient care needs
