Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Active registration with the Philippine Board of Nursing and current PRC license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare standards and regulations, including DOH guidelines and protocols
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification and willingness to obtain ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other healthcare software
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
