Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home or hospital setting
• Valid registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, nights, and weekends
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare policies and procedures, including infection control and data protection
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic patient record systems
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
