Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home or hospital setting
• Valid registration with the Philippine Board of Nursing and a current license to practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards, particularly in the UK care home setting
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient-centered care goals
