Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home or similar setting
• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Basic life support (BLS) certification and willingness to obtain advanced certifications as required
• Familiarity with electronic patient record systems and other healthcare software
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
