Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home or hospital setting
• Valid registration with the Philippine Nursing Board and eligibility for UK NMC registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
• Knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, and medication management
• Experience with electronic patient record systems and care planning software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
