Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home setting
• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
• Basic life support (BLS) certification and willingness to obtain other relevant certifications
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations and standards
