Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home or hospital setting
• Valid Philippine Nursing License and current registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic patient records
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification and willingness to obtain other relevant certifications
