Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home or hospital setting
• Valid registration with the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, particularly in gerontological care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our residents
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents safely and efficiently
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
