Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home or hospital setting
• Valid registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) and a current practicing license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures, with a focus on patient-centered care
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
