Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home or similar setting
• Valid registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) and a current practicing license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong assessment and care planning skills, with a focus on delivering person-centered care
• Familiarity with electronic patient record systems and other healthcare technologies
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, in line with regulatory requirements
