Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines
• Valid registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of care planning and risk assessment principles
• Experience with electronic care records and medication management systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
