Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home or similar setting
• Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic life support (BLS) and first aid certification
• Knowledge of care home policies and procedures, including infection control and medication management
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve high-quality patient care
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic patient records
