Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar setting
• Valid Philippine Nursing License and current registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with residents, families, and colleagues
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare laws and regulations, including the Philippine Nursing Act
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic patient record systems
