Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable institution in the Philippines
• Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license to practice nursing in the Philippines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a care home or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare laws and regulations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and care planning software
