Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar setting
• Valid registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Nurse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of infection control and prevention practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Basic life support (BLS) certification, with the ability to obtain advanced life support (ALS) certification if required
• Familiarity with electronic patient record systems and other healthcare software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
