Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a care home setting
• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with electronic patient record systems and care planning software
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations and standards
