Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or a related field in the Philippine banking industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
• Strong understanding of the Philippine banking industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog) languages
