Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Materials
• Minimum 2 years of research experience in academia or industry
• Strong background in experimental design, data analysis, and research publication
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with research software and tools (e.g. MATLAB, Python, SPSS)
• Strong understanding of research ethics and compliance regulations
