Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical operations management in a hospital setting
• Proven track record of successfully managing clinical teams and implementing process improvements
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, clinical procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with hospital information systems and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
