Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and design, preferably in Singapore or the Philippines
• Proven track record of leading infrastructure projects from planning to execution
• Strong understanding of Singapore's building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
