Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in dialysis nursing, with a focus on patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Current registration with the Philippine Nursing Association and a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
• In-depth knowledge of dialysis modalities, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology systems.
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and develop effective treatment plans.
