Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Proven track record of preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify trends and make recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial reporting software
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and SEC requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
