Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare program management
• Proven track record of managing multiple programs and teams
• Strong understanding of Philippine healthcare regulations and policies
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or public health
