Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Social Worker in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Strong understanding of Philippine healthcare policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software
• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
