Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical trials
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management software
• Familiarity with trial management systems and electronic data capture (EDC)
• Ability to travel within the Philippines for site visits
