Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in nursing management, preferably in a hospital setting
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Master's degree in Nursing Administration or related field
• Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Nurse
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in team management and conflict resolution
• Strong knowledge of Philippine healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve patient outcomes and nursing practices
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology systems
