Requirements

• Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Nurse
• At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct nursing teams
• Excellent clinical skills, with a focus on patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality patient care and safety
• Familiarity with Philippine healthcare regulations and standards, including DOH and PRC guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
