Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field with 5-7 years of experience in research nursing
• Proven track record of leading research projects and developing clinical protocols
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with local and international research regulations and guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research software applications
