Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital setting
• Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Nurse
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess patients and develop effective care plans
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to implement them in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with a focus on patient-centered care
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
