Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, technical consulting, or a related field
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
- Strong understanding of IT service management best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel within the Philippines and occasionally internationally
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL or ServiceNow certifications, are a plus
