Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations and project management
• Proven track record of implementing technical solutions and improving operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and software development life cycles
• Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or Scrum a plus
