Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in nursing management or care coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Proven track record of managing a team of nurses and care coordinators
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet patient needs
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards in the Philippines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
