Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in site mechanical engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes and regulations
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
