Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in a hospital setting
• Current registration with the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Nurse
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field (preferably with a specialization in a specific department)
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team of nurses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare software
