Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and sales
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
• Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and video production
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust social media strategies accordingly
• Strong communication and project management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
