Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in FinTech or related industries
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in the Philippines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
