Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development management, preferably in a multinational company
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering projects on time
• Strong technical skills in software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud-based software development tools and technologies, such as AWS and Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and project management principles
