Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development management, preferably in a multinational company
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering projects on time
• Strong technical skills in software development methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and version control systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to employment and taxation
