Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development management
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering projects on time
• Strong technical skills in software development methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and industry trends
