Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development management, preferably in an AI or tech startup
• Proven track record of leading high-performing software development teams
• Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Experience with cloud-based development platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior developers
• Familiarity with PHP and other programming languages commonly used in the Philippines
• BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
