Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development management
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering projects on time
• Strong technical skills in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with software development tools, such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve technical issues
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
