Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development management
• Proven track record of leading high-performing software development teams
• Strong technical skills in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Experience with software development tools and technologies, such as Jira, Git, and AWS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
• Familiarity with Philippine software development regulations and standards
