Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams
• Strong technical skills in software development methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework
• Experience with software development life cycle and project management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
