Staff Nurse – ICU / Critical Care at St. Luke's Medical Center

About This Role

St. Luke's Medical Center is hiring Staff Nurses for our Intensive Care Unit. New board passers with RLE experience in ICU or medical-surgical settings are welcome. Structured training program available for newly licensed RNs.

Requirements

• BS in Nursing degree from a reputable institution in the Philippines
• Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license to practice as a nurse
• At least 1 year of experience in ICU/Critical Care setting (fresh graduates with relevant training or internship will be considered)
• Knowledge of ICU/Critical Care nursing principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and hospital information systems
