Staff Nurse – Medical-Surgical Ward at Philippine General Hospital

About This Role

We are looking for newly licensed registered nurses to join our Medical-Surgical Ward. NLE passers from the 2025-2026 batch are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and nursing documentation. BLS certification preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable institution
• Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license to practice as a nurse in the Philippines
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical ward (fresh graduates with relevant training are also welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
• Basic life support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
