Staff Nurse – Neonatal ICU (NICU) at Philippine Children's Medical Center

About This Role

Philippine Children's Medical Center is hiring registered nurses for our NICU. New board passers with RLE experience in pediatrics or NICU setting encouraged to apply. BLS certification required. Specialized training provided upon onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) and a valid Professional Nurse License
• 1-2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in NICU or a related field
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high levels of stress and pressure
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology systems
