Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse in a hospital or community setting
• Valid Philippine Nursing License (PDL) and current registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
